This In Person session will be

 at River Roots Wellness Center, at 724 King St, Bridgewater  February 27, 2026 at 7:00 pm.

Bring your drum, rattle or other instrument. For your comfort, please dress comfortably, perhaps a pillow and a blanket. A bottle of water for hydration is also a great idea. * You may choose to bring a journal and pen as well.
*There will be a limited number of drums and other instruments available for those choosing to join without any instrument. **There will be the option to purchase drums as well.
