My Word Made Flesh V2
I love my Young Living Essential oils and when I use my essential oils, I mostly use for my emotional support. As such I often say decree with my oils first thing in my morning as part of my daily morning routine.

Morning Smoothie with my Ninja
My favorite way to start my day - with real food energy. I blend up an assortment of fresh and frozen fruit, a scoop of protein powder, a drop or two of essential oils and a little cinnamon and or nutmeg. Then add some liquid (either soy milk , real juice or water) to just make it easy enough to blend. Then pour into a glass. YUM!
