What is Sound Meditation?







Sound Meditation is a gentle yet powerful practice that uses soothing tones from singing bowls, tuning forks, koshi bells, drums and other instruments for promoting deep relaxation, inner balance and rejuvenation. Guided meditations may be included.

Will I have to talk or share ?
No, you can simply enjoy your experience. However if you have questions there will be opportunities for doing so.
How often should I book my Sound Meditation sessions?
This depends on you and how quickly you choose to move through what is bothering you emotionally. I enjoy monthly sessions personally, however you know your own body and how you are handling sessions. Vibrations clear things out, if you feel they are clearing too quickly for you, go longer between sessions, if you are enjoying your clearing, maybe do more often.

Do I need to prepare anything before my session?
Yes, you will require a comfortable place to sit or lay down. Most people who lay down drift off (this is normal and perfectly fine)
In a group setting bring a yoga mat, pillow and a blanket. If you enjoy journaling, bring pen and journal.
Bring or have nearby room temperature water for hydration.

What can I expect post session?
Most people feel relaxed, lighter and energized.

I invite you to simply listen to your body. For example, if you feel thirsty, then drink(water).
