Relaxing Bath Salt Soak Recipe
Studies show oaking in your bath with salts is very relaxing and detoxifying.
With pollution in so many things around us, it makes sense to take some time and clear that out.

supplies required:

Air tight container to store your salt mixture in( Salt draws moisture from the air and will cause mixture to stick)
Epsom Salt
Pink Himalayan salt( i like the chunky salt best)Cornstarch
Pure Essential Oils( My personal preference is Young Living because of their SeedToSeal guarantee)

Optional add in:

Cornstarch

Relaxing Bath Salt Recipe

2 cups Epsom Salt
2 cups Pink Himalayan Salt
6-8 Drops of choice of essential oils( can make a blend)
Optional
1/2 cup Cornstarch

Mix well, air dry for a couple hours up until over night. Then store in airtight container. Add a scoop to your bath. Relax and enjoy!
*CAUTION NEVER ADD ESSENTIAL OILS DIRECTLY TO BATH WATER, SOME OILS ARE "HOT" OILS and CAN AFFECT YOUR MUCOS MEMBRANES. IF THIS HAPPENS IMMEDIATELY APPLY A CARRIER OIL(COCONUT OIL) FOR INSTANT RELIEF.
"Scent"ational Play Dough

Play dough is one of those toys you can enjoy over and over again, each time creating something fun and new.

supplies required:

Coconut Oil
Food coloring
Young Living Essential oils( message me to find out how to order with ease!)

"Scent"sational Play Dough Recipe
2 cups plain flour
1 cup salt
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 Tbsp oil(i am using coconut)
2 cups cold water
Food Coloring
Plus Line essential oils( we used Orange, Lemon and Lime)

Add Flour, salt, cream of tartar, oil and water into a medium saucepan

Stir over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until dough has reached desired consistency.|

Let cool, then knead in coloring until evenly distributed.
Then add essential oils and knead some more to mix through.

Store in an airtight container. If dough dries out add one drop of water and knead until mixed well, repeat until mixture is moist again.
*IF MIXTURE HAS DRIED TO MUCH, MAKE A NEW BATCH, IT'S EASY!

Play dough is even more fun with cookie cutters or playdough tools.
