Do you feel overwhelmed by all you are expected to do?

Here are my top three ways I help my energy levels be where I like them to be so I can do all I choose to do.

Bounce for one minute. I prefer on my mini trampoline, however a regular full size trampoline will work too. Bouncing improves your lymph flow and only requires a short time of bouncing to get it flowing again.

Nourish your body with good, real food and supplements. Real food, you know the things grown in nature. Studies show packaged and canned foods have zero energy for nourishing us. No wonder we don't feel energized after eating those kinds of foods( and I use the term food lightly here). The fresher the food, the more energy provided for us. This is why growing your own food is the best option, then locally grown, chemical free of course.  Thankfully we are now realizing how much this matters for our wellness and energy levels.

Energy TUNE UPs, much like a vehicle tune up except for your body. This is simply a way to check in and see where your energy system may be out of balance and to put it back into balance for optimal energy flow. There are many ways to do this, my favorite way is using tuning forks. I do this almost every morning as part of my daily empowerment routine.
